General Tasks岗位职责:

à Wiring components inside of the electric cabinet of the machine. 机床电柜接线。

à Wiring other components of the machine. 外围电料接线。

à Commissioning of the machine functions. 机床通电功能调试及问题排查。

à Self-check for the   machine electrical portion.  电气部分自检。

à Other assignments   by leader 公司指派的其它任务。

Special Tasks 专业职责:

à Electrician certificate is required. 电工上岗资格证。

Regularly   Reports 日常报表:

à  Self-check Tracking List 电气自检跟踪表

Others 其它要求:

à  Experienced in FANUC/Siemens control   is preferred. 能同时具备发那科/西门子控制器调试经验优先考虑。

à  Experienced in turning   machines operation is preferred. 具备车床操作或调试经验优先考虑。

à  Willing to overtime. 能承受工作压力, 生产任务紧张时愿意服从加班安排。

General Tasks岗位职责:

Leading 管理:

Work as a team by targets and strategies which   are committed with the department Manager 按照部门经理设定的工作目标和策略作为团队一员进行工作。

Coaching 培训:

Support the work of the other departments,   training the new coming service engineers. 支持其他相关部门的工作, 培训服务部新进员工。

Outlook  5S责任区域管理:

Assure   good outlook of the responsible area as fixed in the house keeping plan.保证5S责任区域内的外观。

Special Tasks 专业职责:

à On-site installation & training to end users. 客户现场安装调试及交机培训。

à On-site or online service to end users under warranty. 保内维修服务。

à Quote & assign spare parts/ labor for on-site service to end users   out of warranty.保外维修服务报价, 备件/工时安排以及服务工单指派。

à Spare parts   managing. 备件库存管理。

à Take part in quality   failure analyze meeting. 参与质量失效会议。

à Other assignments   by leader 公司指派的其它任务。

Regularly   Reports 日常报表:

à  Installation Report 交机报告

à  Testing Cutting Confirmation   Report 安装试车合格书

à  Service Report 服务报告

Others 其它要求:

à  Experienced in turning   machines is preferred. 有车床售后服务相关经验优先考虑。

à  Willing to travel. 愿意接受经常出差状态。
